Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to oversee the entire lifecycle of data projects, from design to operational implementation.

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and deploying AI models, including generative AI, predictive modeling, classification, and clustering.
  • You will be responsible for designing optimized data processing pipelines, analyzing business needs, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end data projects, from design to deployment.
  • Develop and implement advanced AI models, including generative and traditional machine learning techniques (prediction, classification, clustering).
  • Design and optimize data processing pipelines using Python on the Dataiku platform.
  • Analyze business needs and convert them into technical specifications.
  • Organize and lead workshops with stakeholders to understand expectations and priorities.
  • Collect, analyze, and process large volumes of data to drive insights.
  • Develop APIs on Dataiku to integrate AI solutions effectively.
  • Conduct extensive testing and validation to ensure model robustness and accuracy.
  • Write detailed technical and functional documentation for project transparency and reusability.
  • Present project summaries, recommendations, and progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Promote data and AI culture within the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing data science projects, including AI-driven applications.
  • PRINCE2, Agile, or PPM methodologies.
  • Python, SQL, and data frameworks
  • Dataiku for data processing and AI model development.
  • Big Data and working with large-scale datasets.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
