Full remote C++ Team Lead

They has opened a new position within the R&D department in Barcelona for a development profile with a background in C++ development but who can also perform the functions of a project manager, within the Agile scope, managing the tasks and the development backlog of department

Requirements:

• Formal Education: (Desirable) Degree in Engineering or computer science
• Languages (Level): Fluent in English and Spanish
• Minimum 3-5 years similar roles desirable 5-8 years
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases
• People management
• Agile methodologies (Scrum)
• Business oriented
• OOP developer in C++ environment
• Linux / Open embedded / Yocto
• Proximity reader Knowledge (Wiegand, 125 Khz, Mifare..)
• BLE
• T&A knowledge desirable
• R&D manager similars
• Dependencies and risks management
• Built in quality
• Documentation Friendly
