For our location in Niederndorf/Tyrol (near Kufstein) we are looking for a full-time employee to join our team with immediate effect:

UX/UI Designer (all genders) Digital Products

Your Tasks

  • Independent implementation of user-centered UX concepts and prototypes
  • Planning and execution of usability tests as well as evaluation and implementation of the findings gained
  • Further development and maintenance of a scalable design system for consistent user experiences
  • Close collaboration in an agile environment with development teams, internal departments and external service providers
  • Conducting user research, including interviews, personas and customer journey mapping
  • Designing user-friendly and inclusive interfaces for various end devices
  • Further development of the digital branding based on the CI specifications of the BORA brand

Your Profile

  • Completed studies or comparable qualification in the field of UX design, communication design, digital media
  • Several years of professional experience as a UX designer in an agency or digital environment
  • Fascination and passion for modern, user-oriented user interfaces
  • Holistic, methodical, user-centered analysis skills paired with a high degree of creativity
  • Experience in the field of qualitative and quantitative user tests is an advantage
  • Initial knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS and/or headless CMS systems desirable
  • Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
