Security Consultant

Barden are delighted to work with our client, a Global consultancy in their search for an experienced Application and Data Security Consultant for a 6-8 week contract to support their client in Cork.

The role involves developing and enhancing application and data security policies, with a requirement to work 2 days on-site in Cork.

About the Role:

• Develop and update application and data security policies aligned with industry standards.
• Collaborate with client teams to identify risks and recommend improvements.
• Provide clear policy documentation and guidance.

About the Person:

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on application and data security.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Available for 2 days on-site in Cork, and 3 days working from home.
• Immediately available.
