Business Analyst, Change Management

My Dublin based client is currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join the team on a daily rate contract.

The Business Analyst will focus on Supply Chain & Group Finance. An experienced Business Analyst is required to support the Change Management workstream, ensuring smooth execution and adoption of key initiatives. This role involves conducting Change Impact Assessments (CIA), documenting process changes, supporting business readiness, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure a structured transition. Additional responsibilities include role mapping, coordinating change events, documenting workshop outcomes, and supporting communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Change Impact Assessments across Supply Chain & Group Finance, documenting process changes and ensuring business readiness.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, aligning stakeholders and supporting structured deployment.
• Support role mapping to the target operating model and training programs.
• Work with the communications team to ensure effective stakeholder messaging.
• Coordinate change management events and document key decisions.
• Provide ad hoc support to the Change Manager for smooth transition execution.

Key Skills & Experience:

Essential:

• 10+ years as a Business Analyst in large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong experience in Supply Chain, Finance, FMCG, or Retail, covering areas such as Order to Cash, Procurement, Warehouse Operations, and Financial Processes.
• Ability to analyze complex business challenges and communicate solutions effectively.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with third-party application partners and integration technologies.

Desirable:

• Passion for change management and supporting transformation initiatives.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities.
• Relevant Business Analysis certifications are a plus.
