Affiliate/KOL Lead

Our parner is a hybrid cryptocurrency exchange that combines the advantages of centralized exchanges in a decentralized format. The platform uses its own layer, providing users with a high level of security and fund protection without the need for KYC procedures. The company is confidently moving towards the mainnet launch.

Before the mainnet launch, they aim to make the affiliate program autonomous from the general marketing strategy, with a clear program and attractive offers for the market. Therefore, they are looking for an Affiliate/KOL Lead to enhance their partnerships with KOLs and bloggers while optimizing affiliate collaboration processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with KOLs and influencers, ensuring their alignment with EVEDEX's vision
• Build a streamlined system for KOL collaborations, including payment structures and performance tracking
• Oversee the affiliate marketing program, improving communication channels and workflows for partners
• Create and execute strategies to engage new influencers and affiliate partners while maintaining strong ties with existing collaborators
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to enhance future partnerships
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align affiliate and KOL activities with overall business goals
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing or influencer management, preferably in Web3 or fintech
• Experience with MENA and EU markets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate negotiations effectively
• Experience designing and implementing affiliate payment systems and tracking mechanisms
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize campaign performance
• Familiarity with blockchain and Web3 ecosystems is a significant plus
• Proficiency in English (C1+); additional languages are an advantage
