Design, Develop & Deploy machine learning models by participating in the entire process from ideation and development to deployment and maintenance, ensuring that our solutions deliver measurable impact
Measure & Optimize model performance by constantly evaluating, fine-tuning, and adjusting models to maximize their effectiveness and business value
Be the Bridge between data science and business by working closely with stakeholders to understand their goals and communicate how data science can drive transformation in a clear and compelling way
Keep Everyone in the Loop by providing regular updates on project progress, insights, and the potential impact on key business metrics

We expect you to

Have a passion for Data Science, with a strong interest in machine learning and data-driven problem-solving
Know your tools and be familiar with SQL, Python, and working with both structured and unstructured data
Be proactive by demonstrating adaptability, collaboration, and a hands-on approach to tackling challenges
Have a relevant educational background, such as a degree in Computer Science, Economics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience in machine learning, data mining, and feature engineering
Understand MLOps & Cloud by having familiarity with open-source MLOps tools such as Metaflow, BentoML, or KubeFlow, as well as cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Docker, or Google Cloud Platform

Salary

Gross salary range is 2500 - 3800 EUR/month.

Location

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
