• Facilitate seamless communication among teams and clients, ensuring timely meetings, emails, and reports. 
• Assess existing systems, identify areas for enhancement, and implement effective changes while monitoring their success. 
• Leverage CRM tools to manage customer relationships, track data, and ensure smooth workflows. 
• Guide and mentor the team, fostering a positive environment while maintaining realistic expectations.

Qualifications: 

• Proven track record in a managerial role or as a senior team member, preferably within tech or marketing sectors. 
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, hyper-organized with an eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a strategic mindset. 
• Experience with CRM software is essential. 
• Strong-minded, spirited, and charismatic, with an assertive and accountable approach. 
• A self-starter who actively identifies opportunities for improvement.
