Scrum Master – Agile Development Teams

Are you an experienced Scrum Master with a passion for Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies? Do you excel in guiding multidisciplinary development teams and removing impediments to enhance efficiency? We are looking for a professional who can support our teams in Deventer, working two days per week on-site and the rest remotely. This position is open to candidates currently residing in the Netherlands.

About the Role

As a Scrum Master, you will support one or more development teams responsible for control units for heating appliances. Your role is to create an environment where teams can self-organize, collaborate effectively, and continuously improve. You will also help resolve dependencies and support the Product Owner in backlog management.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide teams in Agile/Scrum/SAFe best practices
• Facilitate collaboration, discussion, and decision-making
• Remove impediments and help teams work more efficiently
• Build a transparent and trusting team culture
• Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization
• Ensure continuous process improvement

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software/product development environment
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM 1 or 2), Leading SAFe (or higher)
• Strong facilitation, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
• A proactive and intercultural mindset
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Living in the Netherlands and available to work two days per week in Deventer
