Your job: Senior Go Developer Amsterdam

As a Senior Go Developer Amsterdam you will work within one of the specialised product teams where you get to build their online data store, responsible for reading thousands of sensor data from all over the world, 24/7, which has to adhere to the most stringent laws on security and reliability. As senior you will be one of the experienced people within the team, able to mentor lesser experienced developers to the next step in their career. While working with other senior and staff level of engineers so you can also still learn and grow.

What is required?

• 5+ years of professional (backend) software development experience
• Excellent professional experience with Golang
• You are enthusiastic about product development and high level of software engineering
• Technical Master thinking and working level, you work based on Computer Science fundamentals
• Professional experience within public cloud environments, GCP would be a plus
• Engineering mindset: testing and clean coding is second nature to you
• Experience within IoT / processing sensor data is a very big plus!
• A completed technical Bachelor or Master degree is highly appreciated
• You write and run your own code
