Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile individual to play a key role in our team, combining Customer Success and Customer Support activities for the Portuguese market.
The ideal candidate is a Portuguese speaker with a strong interest in the crypto, blockchain and taxation fields, excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and publish informational videos on our social media channels (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to explain topics related to cryptocurrency taxation, in Portuguese.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create video content that is clear, engaging, and aligned with the company’s strategy.
- Conduct calls with prospects and active users to understand their needs and effectively present our Product.
- Provide support to active users guiding them in using our product and offering solutions to enhance their experience.
- Write both Blog Articles and How To Guides in Portuguese, and check the Portuguese accuracy of articles written by other colleagues.
- Check and fix the copy of the Product and the Company Website for the Portuguese language, to ensure a state-of-the-art User Experience.
- Handle customer support requests via chat and email, providing timely and accurate assistance.
- Work alongside the development team to report any issues and improve the product based on customer feedback.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive and attentive communication.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, public speaking and presentation skills in Portuguese.
- Portuguese must be your primary language.
- English proficiency is mandatory.
- Strong ability to dialogue with customers, understand their needs and help them to get the right solution and information.
- Customer-obsessed mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Ability to work independently and meet weekly deadlines.
- Willingness to learn in creating video content; experience in this field is a strong plus.
- Knowledge and experience in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a strong plus.
