ROLE: Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Define scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with Group Compliance Team, Finscan resources, and local compliance officers.
• Execution and Monitoring: Oversee migration, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
• Resource Management: Allocate tasks, manage resources, and address issues.
• Communication: Provide regular updates and status reports to stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the new Finscan version meets quality standards. Coordinate testing and resolve issues.
• Change Management: Implement change management plans, provide training, and support users.

SKILL, STUDIES, EXPERTISE:

Experience: 5+ years in project management in IT (reference).

Certifications: Prince2, PMP or equivalent; ITIL, CISA are a plus.

Skills: Leadership, communication (English is a must), stakeholder management, proficiency in project management tools. Being ‘hands on oriented and perfectly organized

Knowledge: Compliance requirements, familiarity with Finscan or similar IST tools

• This is an Hybrid position, once per week in the Office - in Lisbon!
