The Story so far: Who we are

Founded in August 2020, Huspy started as a digital mortgage platform and quickly evolved into the largest proptech company in the EMEA region. Backed by leading investors such as Sequoia, Balderton, Founders Fund, and Olayan, we have experienced rapid growth with offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Madrid, and Valencia. Our mission is to revolutionize the real estate industry by building an all-in-one super app designed to empower agents and mortgage brokers.

The Dream Team: Who you’ll work with

We are currently hiring a Graphics Designer to join our Design Team to define and evolve Huspy’s visual language and play a key role in shaping every aspect of how the world experiences our brand. You’ll collaborate closely with other designers, marketing, business, and product teams to bring our initiatives to life. The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about the design craft, up-to-date with global design trends, and an excellent visual storyteller.

We work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires all of us to work hard and hustle, but we always make time to hang out, reflect, and celebrate.

The Main Event: What you'll do

  • Create visually stunning assets for advertising, marketing, merchandise, print, and events, ensuring consistency and clear communication of the Huspy brand.

  • Collaborate with marketing, motion, and web design teams to deliver creative solutions aligned with the brand message.

  • Demonstrate a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables that exceed expectations.

  • Contribute to the creative process by bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the table, helping to drive the overall success of the design team.

  • Maintain and evolve Huspy’s brand identity across all platforms, ensuring visual cohesion.

  • Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

  • Stay updated with design trends and tools to enhance the Huspy brand.

The Perfect Match: What you bring

  • 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design.

  • Strong portfolio or demo reel. Demonstrable graphic design expertise on successfully launched projects – applications without a portfolio won’t be considered.

  • Taste. You have a strong editorial eye and understand how to blend imagery and graphics successfully.

  • Expertise in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Premier Pro.

  • Solid organization and planning skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while setting appropriate expectations and meeting deadlines.

  • Customer obsession. You strive for delivering “wow” moments throughout all touchpoints of the customer journey.

  • Humble & collaborative. You thrive on feedback.

  • Market & trends awareness. Maintain awareness of current industry standards, the competitive landscape, and market trends.

What will make you stand out:

  • Experience with 3D motion design tools such as Cinema 4D or similar.

  • Experience creating landing pages and marketing websites.

  • Knowledge of various social media platforms and how to use video to engage different audiences.
