UX Digital Designer

VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional UX Digital Designer to join our Digital Team team based in Stabio, Switzerland

Job Summary:

As a UX/UI Designer, you will create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products across our fashion brands, collaborating with senior designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to optimize user experiences .

Job Details:

• Create UI designs, information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Design and optimize products using user-centered design processes together with senior UX designers
• Develop and implement e-commerce use cases
• Challenge traditional assumptions about UX Design through innovative approaches
  
  

Skills for Success:

Success in this role requires demonstrating how and why design decisions are made while maintaining a growth mindset. We are looking for someone who has:

• 3-4 years of UX experience in interaction design, visual design, and user research
• 1-3 years experience with agile/Lean UX teams
• Proficiency in Figma, Invision, Adobe Creative Suite
• E-commerce and retail experience preferred
