Senior Project and Customer Success Manager

BSI is currently looking for an experienced project manager to support our international customer onboarding projects for our established life sciences software products (CTMS, eTMF and more).

The position entails

As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of customer success, ensuring seamless implementation and onboarding of our software solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Acquisition Assisting the creation of customer proposals and tender documents. Leading product demonstrations and requirement workshops for potential life sciences customers.
• Planning Collaborating with the BSI sales team and project office to plan new customer onboarding projects. The planning of these initiatives will be in your hands.
• Specification Working closely with customer subject matter experts and BSI internal specialists to define detailed customer configurations and turn them into product design and configuration specifications.
• Implementation Planning and executing system implementation and qualification in partnership with our customers and our team.
• Validation Collaborating closely with customers and our quality management team to create, review, and approve all required validation documents.
• Product Bringing valuable customer feedback and requirements into our product standard to continuously improve our solution.

Your profile

• You are a strong individual who can work autonomously as well as within a motivated team
• A self-driven, independent work style combined with strong team collaboration skills
• 5+ years of project management experience in a regulated environment
• Pharma or life sciences experience (a must)
• Strong listening, documentation, and presentation skills
• A PM certification (e.g., PMP)
• A bachelor’s degree
• Excellent written and spoken English and German
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
