Regular Technical BI/DWH Analyst

Project Description:
The credit area for integrating digital streams on the current data model of the DataWarehouse
Data for Group division / Analysis Chapter
Responsibilities:
• Partner with Business and other IT Solution Architects to gain a deep understanding of the business processes and analytics requirements;
• Responsible for business requirements, write functional specifications, file feed specifications and implement solutions that drive improvement in key business metrics, customer experience, and business results;
• Participate in an agile methodology to promote a disciplined process and faster adaptation;
• Translate business requirements into technical design solution;
• Responsible for designing and testing BI solutions that involve databases, data warehouses, ETLs, SQL queries, reports, and dashboards;
• Analyse the business requirements and their impact on the IT systems;
• Document & deliver the solutions using collaborative tools (e.g. Confluence & Jira) and meeting internal quality standards;
• Build and execute the testing strategy in order to fulfill the acceptance criteria.
Mandatory Skills Description:
• You have a bachelor's degree or qualifications in the areas of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study;
• You've got a combination of technical and banking business analysis skills at a minimum regular level (2 year-experience) obtained in IT project implementations
• You have experience in taking a business question or problem and turning it into an insight brief;
• You have excellent SQL / Oracle databases OR knowledge related to integration technologies - You're good at quickly getting a grasp of any dataset that you're working with & support other analysts to do so;
• You have a good understanding of the business - you quickly identify which metrics are relevant for an area and anticipate which data projects will add value;
• You have proven skills regarding BI/DWH architecture in terms of data models, data integration, reporting framework
• You have the ability to effectively form relationships with the business in order to help with the adoption of data-driven decision making;
• You're a self-starter - you take initiative in spotting opportunities and finding ways to solve challenges with data;
• You have the ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment;
• You have the ability to deal with ambiguity & form ambiguous questions into defined solutions to improve the business area.
