We are seeking a Full-stack Developer to join our team and contribute to an exciting project focused on developing the next generation of Condition Monitoring Solutions. The primary objective of this project is to deliver actionable insights based on machine data, enabling industrial machines to operate for longer periods. This role plays a crucial part in realizing our strategy of intelligent and sustainable growth. The project will involve creating a web application that provides an outstanding user experience and empowers users to identify machinery issues confidently and swiftly.

Key Responsibilities

Development of robust backend solutions using Golang to support frontend functionality and integrate with sensors.
Creation and implementation of responsive frontend interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React, and Svelte) with a focus on usability and performance optimization.
Integration of data management capabilities to handle large datasets and real-time information from condition monitoring systems.
Ensuring the security, scalability, and reliability of the web application in cloud and on-premise environments, considering the unique challenges of different industrial environments.
Thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve any issues or bugs in the frontend and backend components.
Provision of documentation and support to facilitate deployment and maintenance of the web application.

Requirements

Experience in backend development, particularly in industrial applications or similar complex systems, and a strong understanding of database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB).
Familiarity with Golang is advantageous, but a strong willingness and ability to learn is highly valued.
Proficiency in front-end development using React, Svelte, Typescript.
Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and our application in web development.
Understanding of message queuing technologies (such as MQTT).
Familiarity with security best practices, data encryption, and authentication methods relevant to web applications in industrial settings.
Strong personal drive to accomplish tasks in an environment characterized by autonomous teams and high trust in the individual.
Preference towards collaboration and teamwork, with a willingness to seek and provide assistance.
Curiosity and a strong desire to learn about the domain, the products, and the operational environment.
Experience with Git and agile development methodologies is required.
Fluent in English, with fluency in Swedish is considered advantageous.
