Background

Marketing Activation product area is under build up. This assignment will support and strengthen the marketing activation team with senior technology experience to assist in the realisation of our technology roadmap for the Marketing Activation Product Area.

The scope of the consultant services is to assist in:

Facilitate engineering alignment across the subdomain, by promoting modern software engineering principles, fostering technical synergies across product teams, and leading the implementation of engineering initiatives at sub- domain level.

Assist sub-domain engineering management and other senior technical leaders in the organisation to create strategic roadmaps and driving priorities to ensure a coherent implementation of engineering vision. Ability to lead in change of direction as appropriate based on innovative ideas, approaches, and strategies

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate, network and build strong relations with team members and stakeholders

Requirements:

Previous experience and knowledge from MarTech (Markerting technology) is an advantage

Extensive knowledge of software engineering principles

Extensive knowledge of design and architecture concepts

Extensive knowledge of software engineering practices and experience of using industry standard toolsets
