Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Analyst at Neowise. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. This role will be located in Istanbul, with the flexibility for some remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Document and communicate requirements to development teams.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to improve business processes.
- Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
- Monitor and report on the progress of projects, ensuring deliverables meet business needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in participation banking.
- Strong understanding of banking processes and systems.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience with querying language (e.g., SQL ).
