Project Manager (m/f)

Iskraemeco is growing and embarking on a significant project in Poland. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the deployment and installation of Symbiot HES (Head-End System) for 6 million smart meters, as well as oversee the service and maintenance of meters and related solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the project with the Delivery Manager.
• Developing and implementing the project communication plan.
• Working to align customer expectations with the technical and business capabilities of the company.
• Leading, organizing, and coordinating the project, and adapting to changes as needed.
• Monitoring sub-projects (e.g., product development).
• Planning project timelines and resources.
• Leading activities with the core team and maintaining communication within and outside the organization.
• Managing and executing the project with partners and contributing to decision-making processes.
• Promptly presenting project updates and reporting to management.
• Promoting company solutions through cross-selling and up-selling where relevant.
• Communicating with customers in alignment with the Delivery Manager and local support team.
• Distributing tasks to the Iskraemeco project team.
• Coordinating second-line project activities.
• Controlling agreed delivery times and confirmed budgets.
• Providing proactive project support and defining project risks.
• Managing activities, costs, and revenues related to assigned projects.
• Identifying and mitigating risks within projects.

We are looking for the following competencies:

• A Master's degree in a technical field or natural science.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, on large-scale long-term projects.
• Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written.
• Certificate in project management (Prince2, PMP, etc.)
• Proven experience in managing projects, ideally within the communications, electronics, technical industries, or utilities and energy distribution sectors.
• Open to work from home office.
