Role Overview 

As a Frontend Engineer at Open Innovation, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user interface and experience of our platforms and web applications. You'll work closely with our product team to create visually stunning, highly functional, and accessible user interfaces. Your expertise in data visualization and handling large datasets will be key in developing powerful, insightful interfaces for our users. 

What you’ll be doing 

• Architect and build high-performance web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern toolchains, prioritizing scalability and maintainability. 
• Implement advanced data visualization techniques to represent complex datasets effectively. 
• Design and develop solutions for handling and rendering large-scale data. 
• Develop seamless streaming interfaces for Large Language Models (LLMs) to enable dynamic user experiences. 
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and backend teams to refine requirements and deliver polished, user-centric features. 
• Own frontend infrastructure decisions, including CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks (Playwright/Jest), and performance optimization strategies. 
• Advocate for code quality through rigorous testing (unit, integration, E2E), code reviews, and documentation practices. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
• 4+ years of professional modern frontend development. 
• Strong Proficiency in React/Typescript and the ecosystem. 
• Solid Understanding of how software is developed, code quality principles & testing techniques. 
• Own frontend infrastructure decisions, including CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks (Playwright/Jest), and performance optimization strategies. 
• Proficiency in data visualization libraries (e.g., ECharts, Recharts, or similar). 
• Familiarity with backend integration patterns and API design best practices. 
• Experience with modern frontend build tools, module bundlers, and performance optimization techniques. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. 
• A self-motivated, quick learner with a growth mindset and results-driven approach.
