Job Title: Scrum master

Location: Oslo, Norway

Language requirement: English & Norwegian

Experience range: 8+ years

Must have skills:

• Certified Scrum Master with working knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology.
• Around 8+ years total experience with at least 4 years in Scrum.
• Experience in planning, impact analysis, scope definition, change management and product building.
• Development background with deep understanding of Java and React.
• Fluency in Norwegian language is a must have.
• Experiencing in managing and leading multi-location team.
• Experience of Scrum tools like Azure Boards, Trello or Jira.
• Knowledge of reporting like SCurve, Burndown etc.
• Problem solver, excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills.

Person profile

You have a global/multi-cultural approach and mind-set. Also, you have strong communication, team leadership, and relationship building skills. Of course, you have a strong interest in technology and digitization, and strong technical skills. You are ambitious and a self-starter, with a strong intellectual curiosity (thought leadership).
