Product Manager (Remote)

This is an opportunity to create and build digital products as a full time Product Manager in agile & remote working enviroment. We are looking for Product Manager to join our team!

As Kaizen, we're collaborating with global brands such as Coca-Cola, Algida, Nescafé, Nutella and L'Oréal and building digital products which are used by millions of users. We design mobile-focused digital product with Kaizen loyalty & engagement solutions and combine design and engineering.

We prioritize the happiness of our team as our top priority, work remotely, and always pay attention to the changing needs of our team.

Required Experience:

· Bachelor degree preferably in Engineering

· 2+ years of experience in product management and product development

· Ability to look from different aspects both business, experience and technical

· Deep sense of user empathy and demonstrated ability to build digital products

· Experience in design & create Product Requirement Documents (PRD) ( ie user story creation / wireframe design)

· Experience in mobile apps, mobile technologies and release processes (IOS, Android, SDK’s)

· Exceptional decision making and communication skills,

· Experience in B2C products

· Experience in working both cross functional teams including clients and engineering teams

· Fluency in English.

· Hands-on experience in Agile Product Development (Scrum)

· Experience in agile & remote collaboration tools (Confluence, Jira, Miro)
