Technical Product Owners needed to support MARS Transformation initiative with existing Scrum Team - Feature/Capability Development team in Toronto, ON

Work with product managers and engineers to understand and prioritize product features across platforms/products

Translate and communicate product roadmap into a product backlog of well-defined features and user stories with the appropriate acceptance criteria.

Review existing products and workflows for modernization opportunities.

Use analytical abilities and strategic perspective to identify trends & recommend solutions that will help improve user experience

Communicate and build consensus across multiple departments and partners in creating the software product and platform requirements.

Partner with other product and technology teams to develop, test and deliver the defined capabilities and rapidly iterate new solutions

Ensure that the appropriate tracking and reporting is in place to monitor performance post launch to evaluate future investment.

Perform Demos with key team members to demonstrate success and metrics of improvement.
