Product Manager (Affiliate Marketing or/and iGaming experience)

We’re looking for a talented and strong Product Manager with Affiliate Marketing or/and iGaming experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on shaping products of the future. You will drive the product strategy and execution while working closely with cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do

• Define & Drive Strategy – Develop and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.
• Customer-Driven Innovation – Conduct interviews, gather insights, and prioritize features based on user needs.
• Agile Execution – Implement a product-led approach, leveraging the latest product management methodologies.
• Market Research & Analysis – Stay ahead of trends in affiliate marketing, iGaming, and related industries.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Bridge the gap between business, engineering, and design teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Measure & Optimize – Define success metrics, analyze performance, and continuously improve the product based on data.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years in product management, ideally in B2B product company, either Ukrainian or international (SaaS, Marketplace, or other IT B2B products).
• Skills: Strong expertise in product discovery and delivery, including conducting interviews, gathering insights, prioritising, etc.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex challenges with a creative and analytical mindset.
