• Craft intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing experiences for the Licious consumer app, ensuring seamless navigation and delightful interactions
• Focus on creating designs that cater to diverse user behaviors and needs, optimizing for usability and emotional appeal
• Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and analytics to understand consumer behavior, pain points, and preferences
• Leverage insights to inform design decisions and improve app usability and engagement
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma that showcase innovative and visually captivating solutions
• Ensure the designs reflect a strong sense of aesthetics, aligning with Licious' brand identity and resonating with the target audience
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews to gather feedback and refine solutions collaboratively
• Plan and conduct usability tests to validate design concepts and identify areas for improvement
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data, and evolving business goals to ensure a best-in-class app experience
• Keep the consumer at the center of all design decisions, ensuring that the app delivers value, simplicity, and delight at every touchpoint
• Maintain consistency across the app by adhering to Licious’ design system while exploring innovative ways to enhance the visual appeal

We hope that you have..

• 3-9 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong focus on consumer-facing digital products, especially apps
• Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design
• Strong visual design sense with an eye for detail, typography, color theory, and layout
• Deep understanding of consumer behaviors, preferences, and how to design experiences that resonate emotionally and functionally
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing to gather actionable insights
• Ability to interpret data and translate it into impactful design decisions
• Strong ability to translate complex business and user needs into simple, elegant design solutions
• Focus on delivering designs that improve app engagement, retention, and satisfaction
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate design decisions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• A team player who thrives in collaborative environments and values feedback
• Familiarity with designing for mobile app ecosystems (iOS/Android), including platform-specific guidelines and best practices
