About the Role: We are looking for a Residential Data Analyst to support our Residential function in achieving compliance with contractual, MOJ, Company, legislative, and relevant standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collate, analyze, and audit performance data.
- Make recommendations for non-compliance or opportunities and track them to completion.
- Provide administrative support to ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.
- Develop and produce performance reports for stakeholders.
- Assist in the Residential Self Audit process and administer version control systems.
- Identify and investigate trends, highlighting them to management.
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
- Support residential managers to meet quality standards and compliance.
- Ensure commitment to Health & Safety and Environment standards.
- Assist stakeholders with queries and action points from various reports.
- Prepare for and participate in external inspections.
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail and be a clear communicator, both verbally and in written.
- Intermediate to expert IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Previous experience working in a secure environment, as well as experience in an audit or performance analyst role.
- Relevant experience in audit, compliance, and standards is also desirable.
