Your Role And Responsibilities

Human Resources Process Assistant, with services focused on Recruitment & Selection and Professional Training:

  • Posting vacancies;
  • First filtering of candidates;
  • Managing and coordinating room reservations;
  • Coordinating cafeteria activities;
  • Providing information to the rest of the team on how to use the facilities;
  • Checking technical requirements;
  • Preparing the classroom layout (organizing furniture and materials to be handed out to participants);
  • Preparing posters for classes/auditoriums;
  • Receiving, supporting and releasing participants;
  • Report incidents and equipment maintenance related to the classes;
  • Receiving training documentation (attendance lists, etc.);
  • Any other task related to training support management;
  • Preparing the internal document for payment of suppliers/instructors;
  • Contacting providers/instructors for support.
