We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance) implementation and Tax Reform projects in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in agile methodologies, regulatory compliance, and tax systems implementation, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion. English fluency is mandatory for seamless collaboration with global stakeholders.

In this role you will:

• Manage the end-to-end implementation of SAP DRC for electronic tax compliance and reporting, ensuring alignment with Brazil’s evolving tax regulations.

• Lead Tax Reform implementation projects to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in Brazil.

• Apply agile project management methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to drive efficient project execution and delivery.

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings.

• Ensure effective collaboration between IT, finance, tax, and external vendors to meet project goals and deadlines.

• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement solutions to overcome challenges.

• Track and report key project metrics to stakeholders and senior leadership.

• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending best practices.

• Ensure timely communication and documentation of project updates, risks, and decisions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or related fields.

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in tax compliance, ERP, or IT systems implementation.

• Deep understanding of Brazilian tax regulations, reforms, and electronic reporting requirements.

• Proven experience managing SAP DRC or similar tax compliance projects.

• Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.).

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); Portuguese proficiency is highly desirable.

• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Agile certifications.

• Experience in tax reform projects within Brazil.

• Familiarity with SAP environments, finance, and tax integration.

• Stakeholder management experience in large and complex projects.
