Business Analyst

Our client, a leading Pharmaceutical organisation in Switzerland, is looking for a Business Analyst focused on process design and application onboarding within IAM, using SailPoint IIQ to align solutions with business needs and enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into SailPoint IIQ features.
• Design and model IAM processes, including access requests, approvals, and recertification, ensuring smooth integration with SailPoint.
• Develop training materials and support UAT to ensure new processes align with user needs.
• Provide post-deployment support and ensure QA teams are informed of process changes.
• Work with service owners, IT teams, and process owners to track project progress.
• Document key milestones, decisions, and learnings for future reference.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or IT (Master’s preferred).
• Experience with IAM, SailPoint IIQ, process modeling, and business analysis.
• Proficiency with Office tools (Excel), Power BI for reporting, UAT, training, and user support.
