Tech Leads will drive architecture, mentor, and set the standard. Senior and Mid-level Engineers will take projects end-to-end, delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.

The Setup

• Work structure: Hybrid—3 days in Sydney CBD, 2 days remote.
• Tech stack: .NET Core, React/Angular, Microservices, TypeScript, Event-Driven Architecture, CI/CD, Cloud (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Best practices: SOLID, TDD, Unit Testing—actual quality, not just lip service.
