Position: Gen AI Lead / Data Scientist

Location: Sydney

Duration: 9 months

Key accountabilities of the role:

Gen AI Lead / Data Scientist (Overall 15+ yrs of experience and 2+ in GenAI or 5+ yrs in Analytics/ML)

AI Model Development:

• Design and develop generative AI models for various applications, including predictive analytics, natural language processing, and automated content generation.
• Implement machine learning and deep learning algorithms to solve complex business problems for Institutional Banking use cases

Data Management and Preprocessing:

• Work with data engineers to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility.
• Preprocess and clean large datasets for training and evaluation of AI models.

Integration and Deployment:

• Integrate AI solutions into the bank's existing data infrastructure and business processes.
• Deploy AI models in production environments, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders through reports and presentations.

Financial services domain experience

Mandatory/Essential Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS Bedrock, Azure, or Snowflake AI Data Cloud
