Your new company
Working as part of a huge (and growing!) global manufacturing group, reporting into the Senior HRBP. This is an 8 month temporary position, however does have the potential for extension or permanency depending on performance and business need.
Your new role
- End-to-end recruitment, including drafting job adverts, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating checks l
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including inductions
- Preparing HR contracts
- Maintain the HRIS (SuccessFactors)
- Act of first POC for HR queries for a population of 400+ employees
You will need
- 2+ years of experience in HR, including end to recruitment
- Western Sydney local candidates preferred (location 45 minute drive from CBD/1.5hrs public transport)
- You must be able to start within 2 weeks
- Full working rights/a visa which allows you to work over 8 months
