We’re looking for an experienced Tech Lead with 7-10 years of development

experience to oversee the technical implementation of projects. This role emphasizes

mentorship, architecture, and AI integration, with occasional hands-on coding.

You’ll lead a talented development team, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient

platforms to meet the company’s mission of delivering cutting-edge tools to its partners.

Responsibilities

  •  Lead project implementation and design scalable, secure architectures for SaaS platforms.
  •  Integrate AI into products and workflows to enhance capabilities and productivity.
  •  Evaluate and implement innovative technologies aligned with business goals.
  •  Mentor team members, fostering growth and adopting AI tools.
  •  Contribute to high-priority development tasks and resolve complex technical issues.
  •  Prototype and validate AI-driven solutions prior to full-scale implementation.
  •  Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Communicate progress, manage technical risks, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of development experience, including at least 3 years in a technical

leadership role.

  •  Advanced expertise in PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, and frameworks like Vue.js or

React. (+5 years)

  •  Experience with scalable architectures and DevOps tools (CI/CD, AWS, Azure,

or GCP).

  •  Knowledge of AI tools and integration into products or workflows.
  •  Advanced English proficiency with the ability to explain technical concepts to

non-technical audiences. (C1/C2 LEVEL MANDATORY)

About This Role:

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Eastern Time Zone).
  •  Location: 100% Remote. Contractor model.
