Working Student Data & Reporting Governance

To strengthen our international team, we are looking for a Working Student with a focus on Data & Reporting Governance at our global headquarters in Fuschl am See. This role is part of the Data & Process Governance Team within the Global Data function. You'll support the analysis and optimization of reporting processes in Finance & Operations while actively contributing to the development and enhancement of training materials.

We are looking for a working student to join us in March/April for 15-20 hours per week, bringing enthusiasm and a passion for data to support our team.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

DATA AND REPORTING QUALITY ASSURANCE

You'll support the team in the assurance of high data quality through comprehensive validations to secure data consistency, integrity, completeness, accuracy and timeliness, especially for Finance and Operations interdependencies during Month-End-Closing.

KNOWLEDGE MANAGMENT

In this role you'll actively support the enhancement and creation of additional training material (E-Learnings, documentations etc.).

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent
• Fluent in written and spoken English, German beneficial
• First experience working with data using various tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Tableau, PowerBI etc.)
• Ability to understand complex system correlations, quickly identify and analyze solution designs
• Ability to communicate effectively

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.165,00 gross per month.
