Job Description

For this role, we are looking for a candidate with at least five years of professional experience in the field of data science. A PhD in computer science, statistics, mathematics or a relevant field is also required. This experience and academic background should include deep practical expertise in advanced machine learning and data analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Develop rigorous testing protocols to validate the accuracy of predictive models.
  • Optimize algorithm performance by adjusting hyperparameters.
  • Ensure efficient integration of models into the production environment through API developments.
  • Develop and implement new artificial intelligence techniques (LLM, GraphML, etc.).
  • Supervise junior/medium members of the team in data science.
  • Organize workshops and continuing education sessions to share best practices and the latest advances.
  • Actively contribute to the growth strategy of the data science team.
  • Identify opportunities for improving existing analytical processes
  • Promote the adoption of high standards in data processing and analysis.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate data science into various functions of the business.
  • Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools to stay at the forefront of innovation.
  • Lead research and development projects to explore new data processing methodologies.

  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and extract relevant insights from them
  • Machine learning algorithms (classic ML, DL, LLM, GraphML).
  • API development (FastAPI,…)
  • Cloud services
  • Frameworks machine learning (TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, …)
  • Linux
  • MLOPS
  • Visualization tools
  • Python, Java or other programming languages commonly used in data analysis
