Job Summary

Euroclear is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Specialist to design, develop, and implement solutions that enhance business processes and customer interactions. As a part of the CRM team, you will collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize CRM workflows, ensure data integrity, and support ongoing system improvements aligned with our organization's financial services objectives.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Development and Implementation

  • Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM to align with Euroclear’s business needs.
  • Develop plugins, workflows, and scripts to automate and streamline processes.
  • Integrate Dynamics CRM with other enterprise systems such as ERP, data analytics tools, or financial platforms.

System Maintenance and Support

  • Monitor the performance of the CRM system and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Perform upgrades, updates, and patches to ensure optimal system functionality.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user manuals.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work with business analysts to gather and analyze requirements for CRM projects.
  • Train users and stakeholders to maximize CRM capabilities and adoption.
  • Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to provide solutions and explain technical concepts.

Data Management and Analytics

  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Design dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights to business users.
  • Collaborate with teams to leverage CRM data for customer engagement strategies.


Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and administration, preferably in a financial services environment.
  • Proven experience with CRM integrations, customizations, and troubleshooting.

Technical Skills

  • Expertise in Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules).
  • Proficiency in Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
  • Strong skills in C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with Azure services and API integrations.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and other financial data protection regulations.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
