Job Summary
Euroclear is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Specialist to design, develop, and implement solutions that enhance business processes and customer interactions. As a part of the CRM team, you will collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize CRM workflows, ensure data integrity, and support ongoing system improvements aligned with our organization's financial services objectives.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Development and Implementation
- Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM to align with Euroclear’s business needs.
- Develop plugins, workflows, and scripts to automate and streamline processes.
- Integrate Dynamics CRM with other enterprise systems such as ERP, data analytics tools, or financial platforms.
System Maintenance and Support
- Monitor the performance of the CRM system and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Perform upgrades, updates, and patches to ensure optimal system functionality.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user manuals.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
- Work with business analysts to gather and analyze requirements for CRM projects.
- Train users and stakeholders to maximize CRM capabilities and adoption.
- Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to provide solutions and explain technical concepts.
Data Management and Analytics
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Design dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights to business users.
- Collaborate with teams to leverage CRM data for customer engagement strategies.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and administration, preferably in a financial services environment.
- Proven experience with CRM integrations, customizations, and troubleshooting.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules).
- Proficiency in Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
- Strong skills in C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Familiarity with Azure services and API integrations.
- Knowledge of GDPR and other financial data protection regulations.
