Software Developer

The role:

Your main responsibility is to develop maintainable, highly scalable and secure cash and treasury management software as there is an increasing demand from customers to implement cash and treasury management solutions around Europe. As Software Developer you are part of product development team and you will work in one of our small agile teams in Tampere, Finland. In this role you will work in close cooperation with developers, architects, testers, test automation specialists, UX designers and product managers to ensure high quality, stable, and secure system. As Software Developer you will be designing and implementing software according to software development process and available accepted best practices. To succeed in this role, we hope that you have good organizational skills as you take part in multiple projects simultaneously.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop maintainable, highly scalable and secure Cash & Treasury Management software.
• Work in close co-operation with international team of developers, test automation specialists and product managers to ensure a high quality, stable, and secure system.
• Design and implement software according to software development process and available accepted best practices

Requirements:

• Work experience: some experience in backend development with C#. Experience in scalable, multi-tenant and fault-tolerant cloud service. Skilled in SQL databases.
• Agile development & team work: the ability to work in agile development team, demonstrating analytical and problem-solving approach to work. Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Additional proficiency: proficiency in React, TypeScript/JavaScript is seen as plus. Previous experience about Docker and Kubernetes is much valued.
• Language skills: fluent English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Finnish language is a plus.
