Application Developer

As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using IBM BPM/BAW. Your day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering data-driven solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, build, and configure applications using IBM BPM/BAW to meet business process and application requirements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications developed using IBM BPM/BAW

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must have skills: Proficiency in IBM BPM/BAW

Good to have skills: Experience with Java, JavaScript, and SQL

Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies

Experience with web services, RESTful APIs, and XML

Solid grasp of database concepts and data modeling

Familiarity with version control tools like Git or SVN

Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 6-10 years of experience in IBM BPM/BAW

Strong analytical and communication skills

Excellent English communication skills

Experience in Insurance domain is an added advantage
