MI Analytics and Data Warehouse Manager

At Abrivia, we are currently working for a company looking for an experienced MI Analytics and Data Warehouse Manager to lead data management, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives. This role will be responsible for maintaining and optimising the data warehouse while delivering valuable insights through MI analytics. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, improving processes, and managing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of MI Analysts and Data Warehouse specialists, driving performance and growth.
• Oversee the design, maintenance, and enhancement of the company’s data warehouse, ensuring efficiency, security, and scalability.
• Develop and implement ETL processes and data models to improve data quality and availability.
• Deliver insightful MI reports and dashboards to support business decision-making and operational improvements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define and prioritise MI requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, security protocols, and regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data warehousing, and ETL development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and other business intelligence tools for data analysis and visualisation.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a focus on mentoring and team development.
• Expertise in data integration, modelling, and reporting, with a commercial and strategic mindset.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Solid understanding of data governance, security best practices, and industry compliance requirements.
