Product Manager (Remote) | $6-7K dollars per month

About Our Client: Rapidly growing team leading the transformation of Web3 through AI and Blockchain Technology. We are developing advanced AI-powered tools to help users navigate the evolving Blockchain landscape with speed and precision.

🌍 Location: Europe or Middle East preferred

💰 Compensation: $6-7K dollars per month

Mandatory Qualifications

• Experience in startups focused on AI, Blockchain, or Web3 technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Problem-solving mindset with a passion for creating innovative, user-centric AI products.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Conduct market research and gather user feedback to identify product opportunities and improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, create user stories, and manage the product backlog.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with company goals and user needs.
• Utilize data-driven insights to monitor product performance and drive decisions.
• Communicate updates and progress to stakeholders, including leadership and users.
• Stay informed on trends in AI, Blockchain, and Web3 to spot emerging opportunities.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, with a track record in fast-paced startup environments.
• Familiarity with AI concepts such as model training, hyperparameter tuning, and evaluation metrics like accuracy, precision, and F1 score.
• Knowledge of AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras is highly desirable.
• Understanding of Blockchain architecture, smart contracts, and decentralized AI platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Data-driven approach, leveraging analytics to guide product decisions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in dynamic settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
