We are looking for a talented Product Manager to lead the development and launch of an exciting internal e-learning platform, designed to revolutionize employee onboarding and continuous education for both internal teams and affiliated partners. This platform will play a critical role in enhancing skills, standardizing knowledge, and supporting professional growth within the organization. Over time, this product will evolve to serve external customers as well.

Beyond this pivotal project, you will take ownership of additional product initiatives, driving the development of digital products aligned with broader business goals.

🔑 Your Key Responsibilities:

• E-Learning Product Launch: Lead the strategy, development, and execution of the e-learning platform (from concept to go-live).
• Product Roadmap: Define and manage product goals, features, and timelines based on market needs, user feedback, and business objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with HR, content creators, designers, developers, marketing, and operations to deliver a seamless user experience.
• User-Centric Approach: Conduct market research, gather user feedback, and analyze data to optimize and enhance the product.
• Project Management: Develop and oversee detailed project plans, ensuring on-time delivery of key milestones.
• Agile Execution: Implement and refine Agile methodologies to increase product development efficiency.
• Performance Tracking: Define and monitor KPIs to assess success and drive data-informed decisions.
• Future Growth: After the Academy launch, take ownership of additional digital product initiatives, continuously innovating.

👤 What our partner is looking for:

• Product Management Experience: 2+ years in product development, digital platforms, or EdTech/e-learning.
• E-Learning Expertise: Familiarity with LMS platforms, digital course creation, and user engagement strategies.
• Agile & Product Development Knowledge: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies.
• Technical Acumen: Ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, and developers to create user-friendly digital experiences.
• Strong Communication & Leadership: Ability to align teams, manage stakeholders, and drive the product vision.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable with analytics, A/B testing, and customer insights.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Preferred:

• Experience in FinTech, Crypto, or Blockchain platforms.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar product management tools.
• Product management certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Agile PM) are a plus.
