B2B Client Support Specialist

We are looking for a B2B Support Specialist to help us grow and maintain interest in the GoProxies products. You’re ideally a computer science graduate and/or a geeky person looking to make the move into communications.  

In this role, you will work directly with the Support Lead and GoProxies product team to support new and current B2B clients to ensure that they have a seamless journey while using our products and services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work with the product team to solve user issues, help them with the onboarding and provide general support
• Conduct daily testing and basic network monitoring tasks
• Analyze, reproduce and report product malfunctions
• Follow industry trends and actively suggest features to aid the experiences of clients
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge base to improve support quality and speed
• Participate in the creation and improvement of team support processes
• Upsell existing clients

Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently
• Passion for learning and sharing your knowledge
• A strong sense of Customer service, with technical support and troubleshooting background
• Ability to break down and communicate complex technological concepts in fluent English language (in written and oral formats)
• Passion for learning and a digital native, sharing your knowledge using a variety of methods and mediums

Bonus points for:

• Previous background in either Proxies, VPN and/or Data scraping products
• Understanding of cURL and testing of APIs
• Other languages
