Data Analyst

Eldorado.gg is an online marketplace for buying and selling in-game items, accounts, and services in games like RuneScape, GTA V, Fortnite, Roblox, Valorant, and more. Since our launch in 2018, we’ve grown into the go-to platform for millions of gamers worldwide looking to trade digital assets securely and seamlessly.

We’re expanding our data team and looking for a mid-to-senior level Data Analyst. As the third member of our data team, you’ll play a key role in tackling the data challenges of our rapidly growing business.

In this position, you will:

• Analyze and visualize Eldorado’s product, business, and marketing data to uncover trends and opportunities;
• Build insightful reports that monitor key business areas – from sales performance and user behavior funnels to payment acceptance and feature adoption;
• Help stakeholders make data-driven decisions through detailed analyses. Whether it’s measuring the impact of an A/B test on search functionality or identifying games needing better fraud prevention, we trust data at every step;
• Improve Eldorado’s data infrastructure by identifying and implementing improvements that make our analytics setup more efficient and scalable;
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure data is at the core of decision-making across the company.

Our data stack:

• Google Cloud Platform (GCS and BigQuery) for storage and warehousing;
• DBT for data modeling;
• Grafana for visualization;
• Stitch for data synchronization;
• Growthbook for A/B testing.

What we expect from you:

• At least two years of experience with data analysis;
• Worked with ecommerce, marketplace, or SaaS data and metrics;
• Advanced SQL knowledge;
• Data modeling experience;
• Experience with any of the common visualization tools, like Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Grafana, etc;
• Experience with collecting, organizing, and analyzing events data to track user behavior and interactions;
• Proficiency in English and Lithuanian languages;
• Ability to work at least 3 days per week from our Vilnius office (located near Ozas) as part of our office-focused hybrid model.

You will stand out if you have (not required):

• Worked with: Python, DBT, Google Analytics 4, AB testing, cloud data platforms like BigQuery;

The salary range for this position is 3500 – 6500 EUR gross per month, depending on your experience level.
