You will join a multi-location team dedicated to orchestrating workflows for an e-commerce site with self-service capabilities. Telenor is looking for someone with a positive and “get things done” attitude with a good team spirit and a strong motivation towards technical challenges.

Your new Role

The AI Solutions Developer focuses on developing advanced AI systems, including RAG, agents, and multi-agent architectures. This role requires deep technical knowledge in various AI technologies and the ability to implement complex AI solutions tailored to telco use cases.

As an AI Solutions Developer, you will be responsible for:

• Design and implement advanced AI solutions (RAG, agents, multi-agent systems);
• Develop and optimize prompts for various AI tasks;
• Create and manage embedding models and vector stores;
• Implement and fine-tune language models for specific applications;
• Integrate external knowledge sources and APIs into AI systems;
• Evaluate and benchmark different AI approaches for Telco-specific use cases;
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical guidelines and responsible AI practices.

What you will need to succeed

To be succeed as an AI Solutions Developer you will need:

• Deep understanding of large language models and their capabilities;
• Expertise in different prompt engineering and optimization techniques;
• Experience in developing AI agents and multi-agent systems;
• Experience with knowledge graphs and semantic technologies;
• Experience with Cloud-based AI services (AWS, Azure, or GCP);
• Proficiency in creating and working with embeddings and vector stores;
• Knowledge of data privacy and security in AI systems;
• Knowledge of the Telco Industry and related use cases (would be a plus);
• Familiarity with AI ethics and responsible AI practices (mandatory);
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning, especially for agent development;
• Familiarity with popular NLP and ML frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, spaCy, TensorFlow, PyTorch);
• Strong programming skills in Python;
• AWS specifics » Experience with AWS Bedrock, Amazon Kendra and SageMaker;
• GCP specifics » Experience with Vertex AI, Model Garden, Speech to Text API, PaLM API, and Cloud Natural Language API;
• Wiling to work to benefit a team as a whole;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Fluency in English.
