We are looking for a person to work as a Project Manager.

What you will do as a Project Manager:

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables for digital transformation initiatives.
• Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
• Team Coordination: Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and business analysts.
• Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth project delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
• Reporting: Provide regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders through detailed reports and meetings.

What we expect from you:

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in technology consultancy projects.
• Good negotiation skills
• Native German and English fluent (C proficiency level) - exclusion factor
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud solutions, automation, and data analytics.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams with good coordination
