LOCATION: Switzerland (Remote & Hybrid options available)

SALARY: 110,000 - 150,000 CHF (DOE)

Role(s):

• Managing and designing technical cybersecurity solutions, contributing to both strategic and technical expansion.
• Leading qualitative and quantitative cybersecurity projects with full topic and company responsibility.
• Advising clients on best practices for implementing robust security measures and mitigating cyber threats.
• Conducting training on IT security procedures, threat landscapes, attack-defense mechanisms, and business-focused security strategies.
• Supporting the growth of our cybersecurity portfolio by actively participating in business development and sales initiatives.
• Ensuring high-quality standards in marketing and implementing cybersecurity solutions for our clients.

What you will have:

• Professional Experience: Solid background as a program manager or project manager in cybersecurity consulting, with experience in agile methodologies and leadership.
• Consulting Skills: Expertise in at least two of the following areas:
• Application Security, DevSecOps, Penetration Testing, Cloud Security, SAP Security, Security Tool Integration, Identity & Access Management, SIEM/SOC/SOAR
• Education & Training: A university degree, ideally with additional relevant certifications and training.
• Certifications are advantageous but not essential.

Desired but not essential:

• Proven experience winning business

Salary and benefits:

• Up to 150,000 CHF depending on experience/position
