DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology center in Central and Eastern Europe. Opened in January 2014, the Bucharest office is constantly expanding.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute full set of test activities, specifically app testing with regard to Onboarding & Client Interaction: Test Analysis, Test case creation, Test execution, Defect Analysis as well as organising full test cycles.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard frameworks and tools for mobile banking applications (iOS and Android platforms).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and define comprehensive test plans.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient and timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Utilize mobile testing techniques to ensure compatibility across different devices, screen sizes, and operating systems.
• Continuously improve and optimize the automation testing process, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills:
• Fundamental experience and a detailed understanding in manual testing of mobile apps
• In-depth understanding of mobile app development, testing methodologies, and best practices for iOS and Android platforms.
• Several years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer or similar role, specifically testing mobile applications, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
• Strong proficiency in automated testing tools, such as Appium, Selenium with Java
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) tools, such as GitHub or Bitbucket
• Effective team player with good communication, self-organization and interpersonal skills; able to work in an agile and multi-cultural environment with teams located in different time zones and changing or competing requirements
• Professional certifications in quality assurance and mobile testing (e.g., ISTQB, Mobile App Testing) are a plus.
