DevOps Lead

As a DevOps Lead, you will design, implement, and maintain our cloud infrastructure and infrastructure platform. You will also work closely with development teams to streamline deployment processes and ensure system reliability.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles;
Strong experience with AWS cloud services;
Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration;
Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform;
Solid understanding of GitOps principles and ArgoCD;
Experience with Helm chart development and maintenance;
Knowledge of Kubernetes operator pattern and development;
Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar);
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

Design and implement cloud infrastructure using Terraform, AWS and Kubernetes Clusters;
Manage and secure Kubernetes clusters;
Implement and maintain GitOps practices using ArgoCD;
Develop and maintain Helm charts for infrastructure applications;
Manage Kubernetes operators for automated operations;
Mentor team members on DevOps best practices;
Ensure high availability and scalability of production systems

Nice to Have

Experience with other cloud providers (GCP, Azure);
Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana);
Security certifications (AWS, CKS, etc.);
Experience with service mesh technologies
