Technical Project Manager Medical Devices

Great opportunity as Senior Project Manager to support Device Development Team Leader to drive the advancement of drug delivery technology platforms and portfolio development, playing a pivotal role in the successful delivery of life-changing medical devices to the clinic and market.

The perfect candidate:

• Seamlessly integrates technical, regulatory, and business perspectives to drive projects from concept to industrialization.
• Ensures compliance, innovation, and patient impact.
• Possesses a combination of industry-specific expertise, robust project management skills, and a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions.
• Has 15+ years of experience in the medical device industry.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Define project charter and scope: Collaborate with the Device Development Leader to clearly define deliverables, ensuring project assumptions, constraints, and scope are shared and understood.
• Device Project deliverables: Plan project deliverables, forecast requirements, and estimate team resources and budget.
• Project integration: Generate comprehensive documentation to ensure project information is readily accessible and allows seamless integration.
• Manage change management: Integrate a change-management mentality within a fast-paced and complex organization to assure constant stakeholder alignment.

Must Haves:

• BA/BS + a minimum of 15 years total work experience with at least 10 or more years of relevant business and/or technical experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or biopharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in drug-device combination products is considered an asset.
• At least 10 years of Project Management experience - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
